**Welcome!** --- **Hello everyone!** **We have been looking forward to meeting you for a while!** You will be staying at a **private holiday house** (a cottage that we have rented out from a vacation property owner). This place is also used by other families who are staying in the nearby holiday house (the same building but separate accommodation) and the people living in the neighboring house (the owner of the building). **During your stay you are welcome to use the garden!** - The garden has a **very small lawn** (with artificial grass). - There is a **large sandpit** and a **children's play set** (both located next to the small lawn). --- **We would like to share some important practical information.** The house is a **private holiday house**, so we need to respect the neighbors and the owner. If you cause any damage (to the house, the garden, the parking space, the fence, etc.) you must pay for the repairs. **Please keep the garden clean** and **do not bring pets** to the garden. We ask you to **refrain from having visitors** to the garden (apart from the other guests staying in the house). --- **We have a strict “no‑smoking” policy.** If we notice smoke in any rooms or in the garden (including the use of e‑cigarettes), we will have to **charge you a €150 cleaning fee** (in addition to a cleaning fee for any damage caused). If you need to smoke, you can use the **outside smoking area** located in front of the house, but you must be careful not to litter or start a fire. --- **We are happy to answer any questions you may have!** --- **We kindly request you to read the entire guide thoroughly and follow the rules.** If any part of this guide is unclear, please feel free to ask for clarification. --- **If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!** **Enjoy your stay!** --- **House Rules** **Do not smoke inside the house** (including e‑cigarettes). **Do not bring pets into the house** (or in the garden). **Do not use the house as a venue for parties** (including music, large gatherings, or events). **Please be mindful of noise** after 10 p.m. (especially in the hallway, on the stairs, and in the garden). **Do not leave personal belongings (clothes, shoes, etc.) in the garden** (they may get lost or cause damage). **If you cause any damage** to the house, the garden, or any of the furniture, you are required to cover the repair costs. --- **If you need any assistance** during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. **Enjoy your stay!** --- **House Cleaning** **Please leave the house clean** after your stay (including the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas). If you leave the house in a dirty condition, we will have to **charge a cleaning fee of €50** (in addition to any damage fees). **Please do not leave any food or drinks in the refrigerator** (especially if you are staying for a short period). **Do not place personal items on the balcony** (such as bags, shoes, or clothing). **Please keep the garden clean** (pick up any litter or debris and store it in the trash bin). **If you have any pets, please clean up after them** (including any waste in the garden). **If you have a child, please be mindful** of their behavior in the garden and keep them under supervision at all times. --- **Check‑in / Check‑out** **Check‑in time** is **from 3 p.m.** (or earlier if the house is ready). **Check‑out time** is **by 10 a.m.** (or later if you have arranged it in advance). If you arrive after 10 p.m., you can **park your car in the garden** (the driveway or a designated spot on the road). You can also **park your car in the front parking lot** (if you have a valid parking permit). If you stay longer than the agreed time, we may have to **charge an additional €50 per hour** (plus a possible penalty for any damage caused). --- **Entry & Parking** The **entry door is located on the right side of the house** (the side that faces the street). The **parking spot is located in front of the house** (you can also park on the street, if you have a valid parking permit). You may **enter the house with a key** that we will give you at check‑in (or you can pick up the key from the lockbox). You are **allowed to bring one car** (and a bike if you wish).
