We want you to have a pleasant stay and we are happy to hear about your wishes. That’s why it is nice if we can communicate directly, via WhatsApp and/or by phone, without the involvement of booking sites.

✨Check-in and check-out

The accommodations are available from 3:00 PM. Please let us know at what time you expect to arrive, so we can plan accordingly. We would love to welcome you personally.

Check-in after 8:30 PM is not possible.

Check-out is until 10:30 AM. We will walk through the accommodation together, so you don’t leave anything behind. And of course, we would love to hear how your stay was.

✨Linen and beds

All beds are made upon arrival, a lovely start 🙂

For 1 or 2 guests we prepare the double bed by default. If a third and/or fourth guest stays in Apartment 2, 3 or 4, we prepare one or two single beds in the other bedroom.

The Comfort B&B room has a queen-size box-spring bed that can be arranged as a double bed with one or two duvets, or as two separate beds.

Do you have other preferences? Just let us know.

Each guest has one towel and one bath towel. Need extra? Please tell us. On the kitchen counter, you will also find a set of kitchen towels.

In the Wellness B&B, Apartment 3 and Apartment 4, comfortable bathrobes are provided.

✨Smoking and pets

The B&B rooms and safari tents are completely smoke-free, including the terrace and garden/field. In the apartments, smoking is allowed only outside on the private terrace, and only cigarettes or e-cigarettes. Other smoking products, such as drugs, are not permitted.

One dog is welcome in the B&B rooms. In the apartments, dogs are allowed (up to 3 per accommodation). The cost is €25 per dog per stay. We kindly ask that your dog is used to being calm, so everyone can relax undisturbed. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture.

In the safari tents and on the tent field, pets are not permitted.

✨Entrance & parking

On arrival, you can park for free on our premises, close to the accommodation. For directions, it is best to enter “De Kuiperij, Dalerveen” in your navigation. Drive through the gate at the sign with the flag and park in the yard.

You are warmly welcome at the reception. Please walk up the path next to Apartment 4 and press the doorbell or call us at +31 6 30635676.

✨Breakfast

You can choose from three types of breakfast: standard, luxury or kids’ breakfast. Tea and coffee are always unlimited.

Standard breakfast – €10 per person

Fresh rolls, orange juice, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of cold cuts, boiled egg, various sweet spreads and jam, 1 piece of fruit, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

Luxury breakfast – €15 per person

Fresh rolls, croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, 3 types of cheese, 2 types of cold cuts, boiled egg, various sweet spreads and jam, fresh fruit salad, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, yoghurt, a fresh smoothie.

Kids’ breakfast – €5 per person

The kids’ breakfast includes 2 fresh rolls, various sweet spreads and jam, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of cold cuts, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, and a small yoghurt.

We deliver the breakfast basket to your accommodation between 8:00 and 10:00 AM at the time that suits you best. You can easily order your breakfast via e-mail, WhatsApp or phone.

Are you staying in a B&B room? Then the standard breakfast is included.

Would you prefer the luxury breakfast? For €5 extra per person, we will make it a luxurious start of the day.

✨Washing & drying during your stay

Would you like to do laundry or drying during your stay? Feel free to send us a WhatsApp message. Together we will arrange the best time.

The laundry room is not freely accessible. We will meet you there so you can put in your laundry. We operate the washing machine, which indicates the program duration. Afterwards, you can take your laundry out yourself.

Would you like to dry as well? Then we will switch on the dryer for you once you have placed the laundry inside.

The cost is €5 per washing or drying cycle.

You can use WiFi free of charge.
