We find it important that you have a pleasant stay and we are happy to hear your wishes. That is why it is convenient if we can communicate directly, via WhatsApp and/or by phone, without booking sites in between.

✨Check-in and check-out

The accommodations are available from 3:00 PM. Please let us know at what time you expect to arrive, so we can plan accordingly. We would love to welcome you personally.

Check-in is kindly requested before 8:30 pm. A late check-in depends on the schedule. Please let us know in advance, and we will check the possibilities.

Check-out is until 10:30 AM. We will walk through the accommodation together, so you don’t leave anything behind. And of course, we would love to hear how your stay was.

🌿 Enjoy longer on Sunday
Late check-out until 4:00 PM, if available, after a stay on Friday and Saturday. So you can continue to enjoy your stay in peace.

✨Linen and beds

All beds are made upon arrival, a lovely start 🙂

For 1 or 2 persons we normally make up the queensize box spring with a double duvet (lits-jumeaux). If there is a third and/or fourth person in holiday home 2, 3 or 4, we will prepare one or two separate beds in the other bedroom.

B&B Comfort 5 and one bedroom of holiday home Comfort 2 have a queensize box spring that can be made up as a double bed with one or two duvets, or as two separate beds.

Do you have other preferences? Please feel free to let us know.

There is a towel and a bath towel for everyone. If you need extra, just let us know. A set of kitchen towels is also on the counter.

In holiday home Wellness 4 you will find lovely bathrobes.

✨Smoking and pets

🚬 The B&B rooms and safari tents are completely smoke-free, including the terrace and garden/field. In the apartments you may smoke outside on your own terrace, but only cigarettes or e-cigarettes. Other smoking products, such as drugs, are not allowed.

🐶 In the B&B rooms, one dog (not large) is welcome. The cost is €12 per stay. In the apartments, up to three dogs (not large) are welcome. The cost for a dog in a holiday cottage is €28 per stay for the first dog. The second and third dogs cost €14 each.

Dogs are always only allowed by prior arrangement.

We kindly ask that your dog is used to being calm, so all guests can relax undisturbed. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Of course, we’ll make sure their water bowl is ready to welcome them!

We’ll ask you via WhatsApp whether you agree to this.

Pets are not allowed in the safari tents or on the tent field.

✨Entrance & parking

Upon arrival you can park for free on our premises, close to the accommodation.
The entrance to Dalerheugte is accessible via De Kuiperij and not via the Dwarsdijk. Please enter De Kuiperij, Dalerveen in your navigation. Drive through the gate at the sign with the flag and park in the yard.

You are warmly welcome at the reception. Walk up the path next to holiday home 4 and ring the doorbell or call us at +31 6 30635676.

✨Breakfast

Breakfast is served à la carte. Upon arrival, you will receive a breakfast selection form that allows you to create your breakfast exactly the way you like it. Choose only what you would like to eat and drink during breakfast. Would you also like a lunch for later in the day? You can easily order an additional Standard, Luxury or Children's Breakfast for this. This helps us prevent food waste and prepare everything fresh for you. Tea and coffee are always included without limit.

Standard breakfast – €12,50 per person
Choice of fresh bread rolls, orange juice, three types of cheese, three types of cold cuts, a boiled egg, various sweet spreads and jams, one piece of fruit, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

Luxury breakfast – €20 per person
The same as the standard breakfast, with the addition of freshly squeezed orange juice, a fruit yoghurt and a fresh smoothie with a flavour of your choice.

Children’s breakfast – €7,50 per person
Choice of up to two fresh bread rolls, various sweet spreads and jams, two types of cheese and cold cuts, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, and a fruit yoghurt.

We deliver the breakfast basket to your holiday home or B&B room at the time that suits you best, between 8.00 and 10.00. Would you like to have breakfast earlier, then we can deliver the breakfast basket to you the evening before.

Are you staying in a B&B room? Then the standard breakfast is included. Would you prefer the luxury breakfast? For an extra €7,50 per person we will prepare a more indulgent start to your day.

Lunch
Would you also like a lunch for later in the day? Simply order a Standard, Luxury or Children's Breakfast. We will deliver it together with your breakfast, so you can enjoy it later whenever you like. If you are taking your lunch with you, we will gladly provide complimentary paper lunch bags.

Freshly baked bread roll service
Would you prefer freshly baked bread rolls only? That's possible too! You can also order the bread rolls from our breakfast separately for €1.50 each. Simply choose your favourite bread rolls and we will bake them fresh for you in the morning. We are also happy to deliver these to your holiday home or B&B room. The bread roll service is a separate product and therefore cannot be combined with a breakfast or lunch.

✨Washing & drying during your stay

Would you like to do laundry or drying during your stay? Feel free to send us a WhatsApp message. Together we will arrange the best time.

The laundry room is not freely accessible. We will meet you there so you can put in your laundry. We operate the washing machine, which indicates the program duration. Afterwards, you can take your laundry out yourself.

Would you like to dry as well? Then we will switch on the dryer for you once you have placed the laundry inside.

The cost is €5 per washing or drying cycle.

✨WiFi and internet

You can use WiFi free of charge.

✨Transport service

Pick-up or drop-off in our car: €0.75 per km (round trip calculated, minimum €10).

Chauffeur service in the guest’s car: €20 per hour (for example half an hour there and back, minimum €10, entirely at the guest’s own risk).
